Close your eyes over for me… very good…. take notice of how relaxed you are in this position, feel the clothing on your skin, feel the texture of the material… feel your heartbeat, take notice of how you’re feeling in this moment… really ground yourself… I want you to now in-vision a white light coming down and into the top of your head… this light can be whatever temperature is good for you, it feels so nice… feel this light make its way through your hair… going through every strand… imagine in the light coming over your forehead, down your nose… down your cheeks, down your chin onto your neck… this white light is full of all the healing properties that you need right now… the white light makes its way over your shoulders, over your collarbone and starts making its way down your chest, over your stomach… your arms are cover by the white light, all the way to your fingertips… take notice of how the white light is making you feel… is it warm, is it full of love, happiness, positivity… this white light is here just for you… the white light is now going over your hips, your thighs, your knees, your shins, ankles and now at your feet… the white light spreads over your feet, knowing that your feet are what take you on all your journeys, they hold so much… they are able to mend so much in the body for you as well… the white light spreads over your feet… relaxing all the muscles, covering them in the white healing light energy… you feel so totally and completely relaxed… this white light is doing its job well in totally relaxing you and filling you with positive energies and calmness, you are feeling lighter and lighter and the heavy coloured energies in your body now turn to white… you are made up of healing white light energy now… so peaceful, so relaxed, so calm… 

There are so many things that make up our day to day life and experiences… we wake up on the same side of the bed each day… we make our way to the bathroom, to the kitchen, make our favourite cuppa or breakfast… and we get ready for the day ahead of us… we try to stay positive and live positive lives, but sometimes we have things that hold us up a little bit or don’t make us feel the best at times… most of the time, we know what these things are… but sometimes we get thrown off and have no idea where some come from… today you have come to see me with a fear of (insert client issue here, for this purpose I am using abandonment) abandonment. Today we are going to explore this, by going on an adventure together and seeing where this fear comes from… 

I want you to take a deep breath for me (insert name) … very good, now let’s do another, but this time breath all the way into the bottom of your stomach and hold… very good, now release… and again for me… take a deep breath into the bottom of your stomach, and hold… very good and release, this time when we do it again, I want you to sink 10x deeper into the seat (or whatever they are on) below you… and breathing in… and holding… and out, sinking 10x deeper, very good… 

I want you to imagine an elevator… this elevator can look however you wish, once you have this elevator in mind, go ahead and step inside of it… the elevator can be as big as you are comfortable with… on the side of the elevator are so many numbers, all indicating a floor level, you look above the door and the number 10 is lit up… this indicates the number of the floor you’re on right now… in a moment you are going to press the number 1 and the elevator will start the travel down, with each floor you pass you will fall deeper and deeper into the subconscious and into a deeper state of relaxation and calmness… pressing the button now… 10, 9, 8… doing down deeper 7, 6, going deeper and deeper, 5, 4, deeper and deeper into relaxation and into the subconscious… 3, 2… deeper and deeper and 1, you are now at the deepest level that you are comfortable with… 

As you step out of the elevator you will realise you have stepped into a library, this library has rows and rows, going for as far as you can see… you take a few steps to the first isle and grab a book… this book has a number on it… you ponder on this for a moment, and your subconscious knows that this is the library of past generations… a library full of your ancestors stories and where you will find the answer, to where your fear of abandonment comes from… you walk further into the library and head towards an isle that you are most drawn too now, let me know when you are in the isle by saying “here” out loud… (wait for response) … very good… now take all the time you need but I want you to grab a book, any book from off the shelf that you’re most drawn too… when you have found the book take it from the shelf and hold it in your hands, and let me know you have found it by saying “found it”… (wait for response)… very good, the front of this book will have a number written on it… this is the number of generations back you are going to go and into a particular time in history when your great-great grandmother experienced abandonment… at this point in time, she decided for herself she had no value, she had no worth and she felt unworthy of love. I am going to count down now, from three to one and once, I get to one you will be drawn into the book… into the time with your great-great grandmother. Three, being drawn into the book now two, going down, deeper and deeper, and one (click fingers) be there now… 

Unfortunately, during this time, your great-great grandmother did not have the resources that she needed in order for her to have the experiences that she wanted. But you do, you have the resources, the compassion, the understanding and the wisdom… and you have brought these back with you now to give to her… whether you can see your great-great grandmother or you can sense her energy, reach out and give her a big hug… this hug is an exchange between the two of you… and exchange of love, support, kindness and compassion… this hug is infusing her with all she needs during to choose the experiences she wishes to have; to choose the life she wishes to experience. Your great-great grandmother is filled with love, self-worth, confidence, self-belief, empowerment and wisdom… 

Now with the resources within her she is able to manifest the life she wishes to experience, with her new found perceptions and self-beliefs. Take as much time as you would like… to spend with your great-great grandmother, ask her questions you may have… feel her support and her love beaming… and when you’re ready to leave, know that she will be okay… she now has all the amazing resources you gave to her and she knows how loved she is… she knows how worthy she is, she has confidence and wisdom and she feels empowered… let me know when you’re ready to leave by giving me a nod of the head… 

Amazing, good job… now say to goodbye to your great-great grandmother, and you begin drifting… into a calm nothingness… you feel weightless and calm… you are surrounded by the white light that made you feel so relaxed and calm at the beginning… you feel yourself surrounded by healing energy… this energy is intertwining with your DNA and making rapid changes that were healed from generations back today… you will now resonate with, self-love, self-worth, confidence, strength, wisdom and courage… we are going to journey back now, feel yourself drifting out of the book and back into the library… you feel different, you feel lighter, and cleansed… 

You now walk over to the elevator… step inside and press for level 10… each level you go up will bring you back into the present… the present time and day… you will carry these new felt changes with you from now on… you will radiate self-love, self-worth, confidence, strength and courage… you will know how worthy you are…you have made incredible changes today that you should be so proud of… 

Coming back to full conscious awareness now… 1… the circulation and energy returning to your feet and ankles… 2… moving up the legs… 3… to the knees… 4… to the thighs… 5… to the pelvis, the abdomen… 6, 7… the heartbeat, blood pressure and respiration returning to a normal healthy level for you… 8… the energy moving down the arms now all the way to the fingertips… 9… full awareness returning to the mind and the sensors… 10…  fully consciously aware now, alert and feeling great.
