Please lay down and close your eyes. Take a few refreshing breaths for me. In… and out… In… and out… very good. Now, let’s just say there are 3 parts of you… mind, body and soul. Your mind controls your body. Think about the times when you feel happy, what does your body do? It smiles, it may even jump up and down a few times… when you feel a bit sad, you may cry, your body curls into a ball…. When you feel scared, your body may shiver or try to run away as fast as possible… But have you ever thought about what controls all that? What is beyond your mind? Is it your brain? It is your soul? You probably already have a feeling of it or you may not resonate with it…it doesn’t really matter. Whether you believe it or not, it is there. Feel it or not feel it, it is there… your soul knows what you are going through. In fact, it is your soul’s choice for you to go through all of these happy or challenging moments in this lifetime so you can learn and grow. Your brain may resonate with it very well. Or, your brain may be very confused and getting distracted right now… It is ok and it is perfectly normal. Whatever your brain is doing is from the activity of your conscious mind. Whereas your subconscious mind, the part that carries all the memories of your soul has been following my voice and ready for this soul level journey… Now, completely relax and let go of everything… nothing is important right now, you don’t need to do anything, or even focus on my voice. You don’t need to try… just let go… your soul, your subconscious is doing everything for you… it is ready to go on a journey with me… to explore the first time when you felt (insert client issue).


Very good…Now take a deep breath in… all the way into the skin… and out…. Good. Take another deep breath in… all the way into the muscles… and out… every time you breathe, you reach closer to your soul… you go deeper… take a deep breath in… all the way into the bones… and out… you go deeper and deeper… closer and closer to your soul, your higher self…  Take another deep breath in… all the way into the organs… and out… you drift deeper… meeting your soul, touching your soul… it is so beautiful… Breathe in…all the way into the core, into every cell…. And out… you go even deeper… connecting that energy with the soul, with the cells… see them radiating… together… as a whole…emitting a beautiful, beautiful light… going deeper and deeper…


You feel warm, relaxed and safe… this is the feeling of connection. Connecting with yourself, connecting with your soul… right now in this room, this is the safest place to be… just you, your soul and my voice… sense the energy in and around you, observe its beauty, feel its power, it is so warm, calm and relaxing… it is for you. It is exclusively for you… this powerful energy is from you, for you and will protect you anytime, anywhere… You know whenever you need it, it is here… providing ultimate protection, relaxing every cell and easing all tensions…


Now, sensing this energy, you can aliken it to a portal…take your time to observe it… How big is it? What is the colour of it? How do you feel? Do you feel the connection?… (add any questions to prompt the client to use the senses that is suitable).  In a moment, I’m going to count from 10 down to 1. By the count of 1, you will be stepping into this portal to start your very own soul time travelling journey. On the other side of the portal, is the very first moment when you experienced the feeling of (insert client issue). It is the root event that is causing the issue of (???) and still lingering around in your current life. Your soul has recorded it for you. For all these years, it has been waiting for you to come back and re-experience it… to learn and to grow. Now, your soul knows you are ready. It will open up the portal to the exact moment when you felt (???).  Trust your soul, trust yourself and follow my voice… 10, observe the portal, feel its energy… 9, walk towards it, clam and safe… 8, getting closer… 7, 6, 5 you are stepping into the portal now… 4, feel it, feel the other side of the portal opening for you… 3, the other side of the portal has fully opened for you… 2, stepping into the scene… 1, be there now!  

You are doing very well… take a moment to just be there… feel the environment and gather all the senses around you… When you are ready, look down at your feet.


  • Can you tell me, are you wearing any kind of shoes? Or are you barefoot?
  • (if wearing shoes) what kind of shoes are they? What colour?
  • (if bare feet) look at the toenails, are they clean or dirty?
  • Great, let’s move up and be aware of your clothing. What are you wearing?
  • Do they seem like a male or female’s clothes? Adult or child?
  • What about the texture of the material? Are they fine made or rather coarse?
  • Have a look at your hands if you can. What colour is your skin?


Now, be aware of your surroundings. Look around slowly.


  • Are you indoors or outdoors?
  • Are there buildings? Landscapes? Do they look familiar to you?
  • Do you know where this place is?
  • How old are you?
  • What is your name? What do people call you?
  • Are you alone or are there other people?
  • What is happening?
  • What are you feeling?

You are doing great. Now I want you to go back to the portal. Step into it. Let the portal takes you to the very first time in that life time when you had an experience of (???) and when you felt (???).  Step out of the other end of the portal and 3, 2, 1, be there now!


  • Good, how old are you?
  • Where are you?
  • What are you doing?
  • Are there any other people around?
  • What is happening?
  • What are you feeling?


(Keep exploring the scene. If this is still not the ISE then repeat the entire paragraph above again or reschedule the session after more resource building).




Good, now we are going to go to the very last day of that life. 3, 2, 1 be there now!


  • How old are you?
  • Is there anything indicating this is the last day of your life?
  • Where are you?
  • Are you alone, or is there anyone else there with you?
  • What is happening?
  • What are you feeling?
  • As this is the very last day of this lifetime, review the scene of (ISE). What do you think you would do differently to avoid having the feeling of __________?
  • What is the overall feeling you have of this life?


Good, now, we are going back to the very beginning of the scene when you first felt (???)… (direct them to ISE). You see future (insert client’s name) walking out of the portal. He/she comes back from the future just to help you. He/she looks at you with such loving and supportive eyes… No one else could possibly feel exactly how you feel right now, but him/her.  He/she not only knows just how you feel, but also knows how difficult it has been dealing with it for such a long time, life after life… (insert client’s name) from the future has lived many, many more lifetimes and he/she has learnt a lot. This time they bring back confidence, a great sense of self-worth, (add relevant resources) for you… He/she walks to you and hugs you… He/she tells you everything is going to be ok. This is a journey of learning and he/she is here to help you, to guide you. At this moment, you don’t need to worry about anything. You are connected with yourself. Feel the energy pass between you. Feel the unconditional love, care and support from future (insert client’s name). Absorb everything that future (insert client’s name) gives to you… You feel confident, brave, wise and have a great sense of self-worth (add in whatever other resources are needed) …


You are doing great. After this transformational moment, with all the new resources and knowledge you now have, and with future (insert client’s name) there to support you, I want you to go back to the event and replay it. How would you do it this time? Now, go ahead to play it out, change it. When you are done, please let me know by saying the word ‘finished’.

  • How do you feel now?


(If the client is unable to make it better at this point, assist them with reframing).


That is very good. Now you have all the resources you need and you did such a good job in that event just now. Let’s go to the end of that life again and see how it plays out this time. 3, 2, 1…Be there now!

  • With the new perspective you have now, reflect back to this life. Can you tell me anything about this life?

That is good… It is time to say goodbye to past life (insert client’s name) now. Give him/her a big warm hug… Tell him/her how much you love him/her. Let him/her know that you will always be there for him/her, to support to love to protect him/her, to bring whatever resources he/she needs… confidence, self-love, self-worth (add relevant resources) 


Say bye to (insert client’s name). Return to the portal and step into it. When you step out through the other side, you will return to your current life with a great sense of confidence, self-love and self-worth, (add relevant resources) … step out of it now and come back to the current time and place.


That was such an adventure. It gave you so much wisdom and insight. It empowers you and fulfils you. You know that life’s journeys are not always perfect. You are such a brave soul to choose to have these experiences. You choose to experience, to feel, to learn, so you can grow… You are now carrying all the resources you need, from yourself. You are confident, calm, and love and care for yourself (add relevant resources and post hypnotic suggestions)…You have already become a better version of yourself. In fact, from this moment on, you are going to be more powerful and brave. As every day, in every way, it gets better and better…
