Let your imagination lead the way as we begin.

Find a comfortable position where you can relax easily. Take a slow, deep breath, exhaling gradually. Feel the rhythm of your breathing and let go of any tension. Allow yourself to settle into a state of comfort, calmness, and inner peace.

As you get comfortable, pay attention to your hands and how they are resting. Become aware of the sensations in your hands, and let this awareness spread, bringing a sense of ease to your entire body. Notice the texture of the surface beneath you, feeling held and supported, and let it enhance your feeling of comfort.

Take a moment to attune yourself to the sounds around you. Whether they are soft whispers or distant noises, let them contribute to your relaxation, guiding you into a deeper state of peace. My voice will be your gentle guide throughout this process.

Now, focus your gaze forward or upward, or simply close your eyes if you wish. I will count down from ten to one. With each descending number, slowly blink your eyes, allowing yourself to enter a state of deep relaxation.

Ten…blinking slowly and gently.
Nine…feeling the soothing rhythm.
Eight…embracing the calmness.
Seven…surrendering to the peaceful sensations.
Six…easing into a state of tranquility.
Five…letting go a bit more.
Four…a gentle descent into relaxation.
Three…deeper and more serene.

Close your eyes and take a moment to appreciate the relaxation that now fills your being. Let this feeling intensify, spreading like soothing waves throughout your body.

Now, imagine this relaxation expanding outward, like ripples in a pond, enveloping your face, neck, shoulders, and arms. Feel it flow down your spine, through your hips, down your legs, and into your feet. Your entire body is now immersed in a deep state of relaxation.

Take a deep breath, filling your lungs with relaxation, and let it flow to your core. Feel it permeate every cell in your body. Take a moment to mentally scan your entire body. If any part feels less relaxed, allow it to catch up, harmonizing with the rest.

Now, let’s slow down a bit more. I will count downward from ten to one again. With each descending number, let yourself become even more still, centred, and relaxed. At the count of one, you’ll reach your natural level of relaxation.

Ten…slowing down.
Nine…centering yourself.
Eight…feeling the serenity deepen.
Seven…a profound sense of stillness.
Six…letting go a bit more.
Five…entering your natural state of relaxation.
Four…a peaceful centering.

You are now at your own natural level of relaxation, in complete control and awareness. This is a safe and protected space.

Now, imagine your mind as the surface of a calm pond. On the surface, everything appears peaceful, but beneath lies great depth and hidden experiences. Think of my voice as a gentle breeze, like the whispers of the trees by the shore.

Your subconscious mind can listen to my words while still attending to other thoughts. Recall instances from your school days when you could daydream while the teacher spoke or moments when you conversed with a friend while walking. Your subconscious is here, receptive, and ready to explore.

Take a deep breath and let yourself drift into a state where your body feels light, yet your mind remains alert. Gradually, my voice becomes less significant, allowing more space for your inner reality to unfold.

Stored within your subconscious are profound memories of various times and places. These memories are not lost; they are waiting to be accessed. In due time, your subconscious will reveal them to you through dreams or daydreams.

Now, let’s begin the process of recalling memories. Beginning to imagine the face of a clock. It may be a big round clock, like in a watch tower. Maybe it is the face of a fancy watch or even a pocket watch. Whatever it is for you is perfect. In a moment, I am going to count down from three to one and when I get to one you will return to an early memory from our childhood. This memory will be one that makes you feel really good. Watching the face of the clock now as the ticking hands begin to spin backwards, reversing time. The hands moving backwards fast and faster. Going back in time now to an early happy childhood memory. Three, going back, two, all the way back, and one. Be there now.

Allow any awareness of emotions, sensations or knowing to begin to wash over you. I want you now to imagine looking down at your feet.

Great. You are doing so well. Allow yourself to absorb these wonderful feelings and with every breath allow them to spread through every cell getting stronger and brighter. You will carry these beautiful feelings of (INSERT WHAT THEY SAID) in your journey today. Let’s continue this journey through time, gradually moving back to the time of your birth. In a moment I am going to count down from three to one and when I do you will be back to the time not long before your birth when you are in your mother’s womb. Beginning to imagine the face of the clock once more, and watching the hands move backwards. Going back in time now, back to the womb. Three, moving back in time, two, back to the womb, and one. Be there now.
Take a few breaths and allow any awareness to gently come to you.

You are doing a great job. Now, I want you to visualise a mist enveloping you. This mist is a timeless and placeless space, a peaceful realm where you can find renewal and inner peace. In this mist, you sense a deep longing for more experiences. Follow this desire toward a light that beckons you. As you travel towards the light, let your heart guide you instead of the intellect. Feel the light entering through the top of your head, healing and energising your entire being. Take a deep breath and, as you descend to Earth, trust the impressions you receive.
We are now going to go back in time even further, to a different life altogether. You will go back to a life that is helpful for you to review, and that can provide insight and growth for who you are in this life. Observing the face of the clock and watching the ticking hands move back in time faster and faster. Moving back so fast now, and so far.
