- Eye Catalepsy
Start by getting comfortable…. I’m going to ask you to close your eyes soon, but first, take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth…. take another deep breath in…. and out…. feel that breathe coming in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth… Once more, breathing deeply into your body and out through your mouth, but on this breathe out, close down your eyes and shut them tight…. Good, that’s perfect… feel your eyes closed… relaxed … feel them shut closed…. breathing normally now. . . good…you might feel like opening your eyes but for the purpose of this session, you’re not going to… you’re not going to try and open them unless I instruct you to do so… you’re going to keep them shut, tightly shut, like they are glued together and you cannot open them, even if you wanted to. As you listen to the words I say and the sound of my voice, your eyes start to relax, they will remain closed for this entire session, unless I instruct you otherwise… feel your eyes closed… feel yourself feeling more and more relaxed and your eyes becoming tighter and tighter shut…. Good… I now want you to try and open them…you may notice that your eyebrows are lifting as you’re trying to open them… this is good… you’re in a state of hypnosis and you’re ready to explore your subconscious….

- Elevator (flower dance- I like to call it)
I want you to imagine now that you are standing outside in a beautiful meadow… there are wild flowers scattered about and it’s a beautiful warm, sunny day, the birds are chirping and the sun feels so warm and relaxing on your face….i want you to walk through the meadow taking your first step onto the field of wild flowers… as you do, you notice a flower flying in the breeze in front of you… stop and watch this flower…..as you are watching you notice that it is moving in slow motion…. the flower is slowly dancing with the breeze.…it’s as if it is calling you… inviting you to do something… you watch closely and realise that this flower is here for you… it has a purpose, it’s purpose is to take away any negative thoughts that are not serving you… the flower takes away these thoughts, dances with the breeze and as it does this the thoughts start dissipating into the breeze…. I want you to allow this flower to take away any negative emotions, fears, and doubts that are not serving you right now…. release any thoughts that are not serving you into the breeze for the flower to dance with….. and while the breeze transmutes these thoughts into loving emotions, at the same time it is also making you feel supported, safe, loved and happy. As you’re watching it dance… you notice that the flower suddenly drops down a bit….as you watch it drop….you are going deeper and deeper into the subconscious mind…I’m going to count down from 10 to 1 and as I do this…you will feel more and more relaxed, falling deeper and deeper into a deep state of hypnosis… 10 you’re watching the flower drop down while it dances, 9.. the flower is moving slowly down towards the ground, 8, 7, dropping down even further now… 6, you’re feeling very safe and supported, 5, 4, 3, falling deeper as the flower has almost reached the ground,
2 and 1 the flower has landed safely and softly on the ground and you are in a complete state of deep hypnosis….
